Arkansans For Animals is located in Little Rock and provides low-cost spay/neuter for dogs and cats. There are no residency or income  requirements for this service. Call (501) 455-5400 to make an appointment.

Feline Rescue and Rehome  (FURR) is a cats-only organization that runs a monthly low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Little Rock. They did an excellent job of spaying Capo for me! Call 501-661-0956 or email to make an appointment.

Out Of the Woods Animal Rescue is a rescue and rehome organization for dogs and cats in Arkansas. Their SNiP program assists pet owners in rural areas by providing pay-what-you-can spay/neuter services in Greenbrier, Morrilton, Little Rock, and Stuttgart. Click here to submit an application online.

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (CARE) rescues and rehomes cats and dogs. They operate a monthly spay/neuter clinic at Little Rock Animal Services for low-income Little Rock residents only. Call 501-680-SPAY (7729)  to leave a message or email

Companions Spay and Neuter Clinic serves Faulkner County with a mission to provide affordable spay/neuter/vaccination services. They are open Mon-Thurs 7:30 am- 5:00pm. Call 501-679-7900 for an appointment.

Maumelle Friends of the Animals offers free and discounted spay/neuter services for Maumelle residents only. Click here to apply.
Humane Society of Saline County hosts a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for low-income residents. Prices range from $40-$70. To sign up for a spay/neuter clinic, call the shelter at 501-557-5518 Tuesday through Saturday from noon until 4pm. Grants are available for City of Bryant residents.

Spay Arkansas in Springdale is dedicated to providing  low income citizens an opportunity to have their pets altered at a reasonable price.  To make an appointment for surgery call 479- 756- 1100. Leave a message and your call will be returned.
Fayetteville Animal Services offers $10 spay/neuter services. Must meet low-income requirements and prove city residency. Click here for more info and an application.
Texarkana Animal League has a spay/neuter program for residents of Cass, Miller, Bowie, and Little River counties. Prices are $30 for cats and $45 for dogs. The Animal Protection League  of Texarkana holds a spay/neuter clinic every Tuesday that is open to everyone. Prices are $35-$45 for cats and $55-$70 for dogs. For an appointment, call 903-440-4911 or click here to submit an application online.
